How You Pay – Your Choice
HardyAnt never forces payment through the platform. Pay through us and your money sits in escrow until the job is done – released when you’re satisfied, with our Resolution Center behind you if anything goes sideways, and the job counted toward your pro’s rating. Or settle up directly with your pro on the job and keep it between the two of you. No fees either way, no lectures either way. It’s your money and your call.

How do I find the right pro for my job on HardyAnt?

A Customer on HardyAnt is anyone who needs a job done in person — a homeowner, a renter, a landlord, an Airbnb host, or a small business owner. If you have a to-do list and no time for it, HardyAnt is for you.
Examples of jobs customers book on HardyAnt include:
TV mounting, furniture assembly and picture hanging
House cleaning, deep cleaning and move-out cleaning
Lawn mowing, leaf removal, gutter cleaning and pressure washing
Moving help, junk removal and hauling
Dog walking, pet sitting and mobile grooming
Haircuts, manicures and makeup at home
To find what you need, set your city at the top of the screen and use the search box, or browse the categories. Once results appear, filter by category, price or rating and sort by Newest, Rating or Popularity.
Customer Tip: Look at the pro’s star rating and completed jobs count, and open a few listings before deciding. A good listing says exactly what is included, what is not, how long the job takes, and shows real photos of past work.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. Every rating on HardyAnt comes from a customer who hired that pro and paid through the platform. Reviews cannot be bought or added by anyone else.
Can I contact a pro before booking?
Definitely. We recommend messaging the pro first to confirm the details, the price for your exact job, and when they can come. It takes two minutes and prevents surprises later.
Can I save a pro or a service for later?
Of course. Simply click the “Heart” button on any listing to add it to your Favorites list — handy for cleaners, dog walkers and anyone else you plan to rebook.
How do I contact a pro?
On any listing page, find the pro’s profile block under the main title and click “Contact”. Write your questions and hit “Send” to open a direct message thread.

How do I book and pay?

You can pay with your HardyAnt wallet balance, card, PayPal or cryptocurrency. Crypto payments carry no platform processing surcharge.
Customers are never charged any platform or site fees (Customer Fee: $0).
How do I place an order on HardyAnt?
Log in to your HardyAnt account and make sure your city is set correctly.
Search for the service you need, or browse the category.
Choose how you pay: a fixed price, hourly, a package, a milestone plan, or a time slot from the pro’s live calendar.
Click the green “Continue (…)” button on the listing page.
Select your payment method and complete the checkout. Enjoy fair pricing with 0% customer fees.
Confirmation: Once payment is complete, you will receive an instant notification that your order was successful. If you booked a time slot, that slot is now yours and disappears from the calendar.
Provide Details: Head over to the Orders section in your dashboard to review your order and send the pro what they need — address details, parking, pets, access codes, photos of the problem.
How Escrow Protects You:
Funds are held securely in Escrow until the job is finished. You only release payment once the work is done and you are satisfied with the result. The pro can see the money is secured, which is why they show up — and you can see it has not left your side yet.
What if I pay the pro directly?
Some pros offer to settle up on the job. That is between you and them — escrow protection and our dispute process only cover payments made through HardyAnt.

3

Track your job

How do I follow the job?
When you place an order on HardyAnt, a dedicated order page is created automatically. You can message your pro, share photos and access details, agree on changes, and see every update in one place. The pro completes the work within the agreed time frame and marks the job complete when finished.
Keep it on HardyAnt: Messages, quotes and agreements stay on the order page — that is the record our team checks if anything goes wrong. Anything agreed by phone or text is invisible to us later.
Need to change the time?
Message your pro and request an order modification with the new time. If the job turns out bigger than expected, the pro can request an extension — you approve it, or you do not. If the job genuinely cannot happen, either side can request a mutual cancellation and your money comes back.
Where do I track my orders?
You will receive instant notifications about the progress of your orders. You can also check the status anytime on the Orders page in your HardyAnt account — simply click the specific Order ID to view its current status, messages and updates.

4

Approve the work

Check the work, then approve it.
If the job is not exactly what you agreed on, ask the pro to put it right — walk through it while they are still there if you can, since most issues take five minutes to fix on the spot and a week to fix afterwards. Once you are satisfied, mark the order complete and the funds are released from Escrow to the pro.
Auto-approval after 3 days: If you take no action within 3 days of the pro marking the job complete, the order is approved automatically and payment is released. Speak up before then if something is wrong.
Help your neighbors by leaving an honest rating and review based on your experience. A few specific lines about what was done well are worth more than five stars and no words.
If a pro marks the order as “Delivered” without actually doing the work, you have 3 days to open arbitration. Our Support Team will review the case and refund the full amount back to your HardyAnt balance.
How to open arbitration:
Go to your Orders page and open the specific order.
Click the green “Resolution Center” link.
Select “Request Arbitration” and briefly describe the issue.
As per our Terms of Service, when an order is canceled, funds are instantly refunded to your HardyAnt account balance for future bookings. If you prefer a full withdrawal back to your original payment method, simply contact our Support Team and we will process your refund request promptly.

How does HardyAnt work for Pros? How to get hired on HardyAnt?

How do I create a service listing on HardyAnt?

How to get hired on HardyAnt?
Joining is free, there is no approval queue, and you can publish your first listing in about ten minutes. Once you have signed up, log into your account and follow this path: My Account → Listings → Create New.
You will need a clear cover photo — a real photo of your own work beats any stock image. Add a title that says plainly what you do, and a description that covers what is included, what is not, how long the job usually takes, and what you need from the customer.
Set your area: List the neighborhoods and ZIP codes you actually cover, so you only get requests you can take. Driving an hour for a small job costs more than it pays.
The Packages option lets you offer Basic, Standard and Premium versions of the same service, and the Milestone option splits bigger jobs into stages with payment released as each stage is done — useful for multi-day work like painting or a full-home cleanout.
Booking: If your work runs on appointments, create a booking resource with your available time slots and let customers book themselves — no phone tag. Slots repeat weekly until you change them, so close them when you are away.
Promote your listing using HardyAnt’s sharing tools and send your link to past customers and local groups. Become an affiliate to earn a percentage of everything your referrals book for the lifetime of their account.
How can I make my listing a success?
Use real photos: Before-and-after shots of your own jobs sell better than anything you can write.
Be specific about scope: Say exactly what is included and what is not. Most disputes start with a customer who assumed windows were part of the clean.
Price it right: Check what similar pros in your city charge. Undercutting everyone attracts customers who will undercut you again next time.
Fill out customer instructions: Always complete the “Instructions to Customer” field so people tell you about parking, pets and access codes before you arrive.
Set realistic timing: Build travel time into your schedule. Back-to-back bookings across town are how pros end up late and lose ratings.
What is the “Instructions to Customer” field?
It tells customers what details you need right after checkout — address specifics, square footage, gate codes, whether there is a dog — so you arrive ready to work instead of calling from the driveway.
How many listings can I offer at once?
HardyAnt currently allows unlimited service listings to be posted simultaneously. Many pros list each service separately so they show up in more categories.
How can I get my listing featured?
When creating or editing a listing, you can select the Featured option for a small $5 fee. Featured listings rotate prominently on the homepage, maximizing exposure and bookings.

2

How do I contact my customers?

Can I contact a customer before they book?
Absolutely. Communication is what turns an enquiry into a booking. You can also explore the Requests section to find people in your area actively looking for work you do, and send them a direct quote. Checking requests every morning is the fastest way to fill an empty week.
How should I write a quote?
Say what is included, how long it takes, and when you can start. A quote that answers those three things beats a lower price that answers none of them.
How do I manage my jobs?
Go to the Sales section in your dashboard. Here you can track incoming orders, see customer details, confirm appointments, send an update when you are on your way, mark jobs complete and review your history. A message when you leave and a photo when you finish take ten seconds and prevent most disputes before they start.
I am running late or the job is bigger than expected. Can I get more time?
Yes. Request a deadline extension directly on the order page — the customer just has to approve it. Message them as early as you can: customers forgive a reschedule, they do not forgive silence.
My order was canceled after I already started working. What should I do?
An order can only be canceled by mutual agreement or if a cancellation request is accepted by both parties. There are no cancellation penalties and no rating damage when both sides agree. In rare disputes, HardyAnt administrators may step in and evaluate the situation. If an order was canceled and you feel it was unfair, contact HardyAnt Support with your messages or proof of the work done, and our team will review it promptly.

  • Attention! Important Order Timelines:
  • Pro Confirmation (24 Hours): Pros are required to confirm and accept an order within 24 hours. If an order is not accepted or canceled within this timeframe, it will be automatically canceled, and funds will be instantly refunded to the customer’s balance.
  • Auto-Completion (72 Hours): Once the pro marks the job complete, the customer has 72 hours to review it. If no fix is requested or action taken within 72 hours, the order will be automatically marked as Completed, releasing the funds from Escrow to the pro.

3

Withdraw your earnings.

Order Clearance & Withdrawals
When the customer marks an order as Completed, the transaction undergoes a 24-hour clearance period before funds are credited to your withdrawable balance. Once cleared, your earnings are instantly available for withdrawal. If the customer does not respond, the order auto-completes after 3 days — so the longest you ever wait after finishing a job is four days, and usually far less.
HardyAnt charges only a flat 10% fee to pros — customers pay $0. No monthly fees, no subscriptions, no lead fees. You are never charged for a quote that does not turn into a job.
Get paid your way: Take payment through HardyAnt, or arrange to be paid directly on the job and keep 100%. Escrow protection applies to platform payments — the money is secured before you start, so you are never chasing an invoice.
How to withdraw your earnings:
Navigate to: My Account → Withdraw.
Select your preferred payout method. We support instant withdrawals directly to your external crypto wallet, Binance account, or PayPal.
Submit your payout request.
HardyAnt processes withdrawals daily for all cleared earnings, so your funds are sent out the very same day.
Where can I see my sales history?
You can view your complete history, past earnings and completed jobs anytime in the [Sales History] section of your dashboard. Use it to see which services actually make you money and which months are busiest, then adjust your listings before the next season.

Escrow Protection & Payment Security

With HardyAnt Escrow, pros are guaranteed payment for work they have completed, while customers’ funds stay 100% secure until the job is finished and approved.
